Medipass, a company specializing in providing and managing advanced high-tech clinical services, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Servitech, an Italian company specializing in the in-service management of interventional and surgical departments. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am proud to continue to lead Servitech in this new phase, supported by a strategic partner capable of supporting its growth and evolution.
