Next Health completed the acquisition of Lindora from Xponential Fitness.

Next Health, a provider of personalized wellness plans, completed the acquisition of Lindora, a provider of medically supervised weight loss and wellness plans, from Xponential Fitness, a boutique fitness company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to welcome Lindora franchisees to our family.
