360 ONE, an Indian asset and wealth management company, and TIMF Holdings, an investment holding company owned by Think Investments, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Rubicon Research, an IP-led, pharmaceutical company, from General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm providing capital and strategic support for growth companies, for INR1.4bn.
