White Italia, a reserved alternative investment fund, completed the acquisition of Unimed Group, a company operating in the provision of multi-clinic services and diagnostic imaging services, from Orizzonti Luminosi, an Italian company that operates as a specialty online retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
