Keensight Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Decision Focus, a European software provider specializing in governance, risk, and compliance, from VIA Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to embark on this new partnership with Keensight.
