Ardonagh, an insurance broker, completed the acquisition of Groupe Leader Insurance, a multi-specialist broker, Abenex Capital, an investment management company that offers real estate funds, private equity, capital operations, transactions, and other related services, and from Yoann Chery, founder of Groupe Leader Insurance and reference shareholder. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The French insurance market is one of the largest in the world, with a rich tradition and a level of sophistication that makes it particularly attractive for Ardonagh.
