Soundcore Capital Partners-backed TreeServe completed the acquisition of Dave Leonard and JL Tree.

Soundcore Capital Partners-backed TreeServe, a platform in the tree care services sector, completed the acquisition of Dave Leonard and JL Tree, tree care companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of Dave Leonard and JL Tree, TreeServe now offers tree care, plant and shrub health care, and lawn care services in six states and will continue pursuing strategic opportunities in high growth MSAs in the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest.
