Cooper Lightning to acquire Nemalux.

Cooper Lightning, a provider of professional lighting, lighting controls and connected lighting, agreed to acquire Nemalux, a manufacturer of industrial lighting solutions, focused on hazardous location fixtures. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled that Nemalux is joining Signify.
