HMP Global completed the acquisition of Psychiatry Redefined.

HMP Global, a US-based omnichannel provider of healthcare events, education, and market insights, acquired Psychiatry Redefined, a US educational platform founded by psychiatrist James Greenblatt, MD, that trains clinicians in functional, nutritional, and integrative approaches to mental health. “This acquisition isn’t incremental—it’s a turning point.
