Adelis Equity Partners-backed Circura to acquire Stockholms Stadsbyggare.

Adelis Equity Partners-backed Circura, a Sweden‑based building maintenance and renovation services group, agreed to acquire Stockholms Stadsbyggare, a Stockholm‑based construction and property services contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
