Clearspan completed the acquisition of AveriStar.

Clearspan, a provider of cloud-based voice, video, chat, and collaboration technologies, completed the acquisition of AveriStar, a cloud-based Unified Communications solutions provider for service providers and large enterprises. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition not only increases our scale and EBITDA, but it also broadens our customer base, including key Service Provider customers. These relationships complement our existing partnerships, and will help solidify our standing in the North American Service Provider, VAR and large enterprise markets.
