Seneca Partners completed the acquisition of Busmax.

Seneca Partners, an independent financial sponsor specializing in lower-middle market companies in manufacturing, business services, healthcare services, and tech services, completed the acquisition of Busmax, a Rome, Georgia-based passenger bus, van, and car rental business.
