Krystal Growth Partners, a Vancouver-based boutique private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Forecast Coffee Group, a British Columbia‑based specialty coffee brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Partnering with Krystal and Brakne gives us the fuel and expertise we need to enhance operational efficiency and continue to grow in BC’s specialty coffee and consumer packaged goods market.
