Bittium, a software-based artificial intelligence solutions company, completed the acquisition of a 24.9% stake in MarshallAI, a provider of B2B machine vision solutions, from Novartis Venture Fund, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about the collaboration with Bittium and the deepening of our partnership through growth financing.
