medatixx, a German IT company that provides software and IT services for outpatient physicians and psychotherapists, completed the acquisition of mediDOK Software, a German software company specializing in high-quality digital health solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased with the decision of the previous shareholders of mediDOK to transfer the company to the medatixx group of companies.
