Glooko completed the acquisition of Monarch Medical Technologies.

Glooko, a provider of remote patient monitoring and digital health solutions for diabetes, completed the acquisition of Monarch Medical Technologies, a developer of EndoTool, a software platform for inpatient insulin dosing and glycemic management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition represents a pivotal step in Glooko’s mission to transform diabetes management in every care setting.
