SLB to acquire RESMAN Energy from Nordic Capital.

SLB, a global technology company, agreed to acquire RESMAN Energy, a global provider of wireless reservoir surveillance solutions, from Nordic Capital, an international private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With RESMAN’s industry-leading tracer technology, we are expanding our ability to deliver end-to-end solutions for reservoir monitoring and production optimization,” Paul Sims, SLB Production Systems President.
