SJE to acquire AMI Global from Cimbria Capital.

SJE, a control systems company, agreed to acquire AMI Global, a technology company, from Cimbria Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "AMI Global has a knowledgeable and experienced team in all facets of IIoT, which will enable us to continue to make great progress in today's digital-first environment and improve our approach to incorporating technology into our offerings.
