Versamet Royalties, a royalties holding company investing in mining royalties, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in silver stream and NSR royalty from Appian, a private equity firm, for $170m. “This transaction underscores the strength of Appian’s portfolio and our ability to unlock long-term value for our investors.
