SiteOne Landscape Supply Share to acquire Autumn Ridge Stone & Landscape Supply.

SiteOne Landscape Supply Share, a wholesale distributor of landscape supplies, agreed to acquire Autumn Ridge Stone & Landscape Supply, a wholesale distributor of hardscapes products and landscape supplies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of Autumn Ridge Stone & Landscape Supply establishes a solid footprint to expand our offerings to customers in the Western Michigan market.
