PX3 Partners-backed Com Laude, a supplier of corporate domain services, completed the acquisition of Markmonitor, a strategic domain management solutions provider, from Newfold Digital, a web technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This sale allows us to simplify our portfolio and strengthen our focus on Bluehost and Network Solutions. It better positions us to accelerate growth and deliver even greater value to our customers through our core brands," Sharon Rowlands, Newfold Digital CEO.
