S&P Global-backed Crisil, an insights-driven analytics company, agreed to acquire McKinsey PriceMetrix, a provider of performance benchmarking and data-driven insights. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, Crisil strengthens its position as a leading provider of benchmarking and analytics across financial services.
