Poly Medicure completed the acquisition of Citieffe Group from Archimed.

Poly Medicure, a medical device manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Citieffe Group, a developer and manufacturer of medical devices, from Archimed, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’ve come to the point where Poly Medicure is Citieffe’s ideal home. As a large medical equipment manufacturer, Poly Medicure will make the most of Citieffe’s innovative product line and international presence," Benoit Varichon, ARCHIMED Partner.
