Cheyne Capital completed the acquisition of Educa Borras for €30m.

Cheyne Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Educa Borras, a manufacturer of games, puzzles, and toys specializing in educational games, family board games, magic sets, and jigsaw puzzles for €30m. “We are very excited about Cheyne's investment. They have injected four million euros into the business. We plan to boost sales from 30 to 45 million euros within three to five years and strengthen our international presence. We are already in 90 countries, exporting 50% of our production, and the biggest opportunity lies in Latin America,” Susana Dabán, Educa Borras CEO.
