Triton Partners-backed Trench Group completed the acquisition of H Nu.

Triton Partners-backed Trench Group, a supplier of components and systems for high-voltage power transmission, completed the acquisition of H Nu, a provider of cutting-edge fiber-optic instrument transformer technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This marks Trench Group’s first acquisition. H Nu’s technology will benefit from our leadership in HVAC and HVDC systems and our global market reach,” Bahadir Basdere, Trench Group CEO.
