Paul Leitner and Manfred Bankhammer, members of the management, completed the acquisition of Neumarkt Site from Hexcel Corporation, an advanced composites company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition marks a significant milestone for us personally and for the entire Neumarkt team.
