Celero Capital Capital-backed Reledo completed the acquisition of MTM Service.

Celero Capital Capital-backed Reledo, a provider of comprehensive facility management and workplace services for businesses, completed the acquisition of MTM Service, a company providing professional cleaning and facility management solutions for commercial and residential clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “MTM Service is an excellent addition to Reledo and marks our first establishment in Denmark. With MTM on board, we strengthen our Nordic presence and can offer customers solutions across borders,” Jonas Warnander, Reledo CEO.
