Clessidra Capital Partners-backed Viabizzuno, a specialist in architectural lighting design and manufacturing, completed the acquisition of FUMEO Didacta, a specialist in lighting solutions and technical wiring. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company is taking a strategic step by acquiring the business unit of Iosco Group Srl and the entire FUMEO Didacta business, strengthening its market offering and expanding its operational and creative expertise.
