Fiserv to acquire StoneCastle Cash Management.

Fiserv, a provider of financial services technology, agreed to acquire StoneCastle Cash Management, which provides deposit solutions for depositors, enterprises, and banks. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Acquiring StoneCastle is an important step forward in our strategy to help financial institutions optimize their balance sheets, which will enable them to do more in the communities they serve,” Andrew Gelb, Fiserv Head of Financial Solutions.
