Abbott Laboratories to acquire the North Island assets of Synlait Milk for $178m.

Abbott Laboratories, a multinational healthcare company, agreed to acquire the North Island assets of Synlait Milk, a dairy processor selling dairy and plant-based nutritional products, for $178m. “Today is a defining moment for Synlait.
