Lupin to acquire VISUfarma from GHO Capital Partners.

Lupin, a global pharmaceutical company, agreed to acquire VISUfarma, a pharmaceutical company, from GHO Capital Partners, a global healthcare specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed.
