Volaris Group completed the acquisition of Alpine Testing Solutions.

Volaris Group, a Toronto-based acquirer of vertical market technology companies, completed the acquisition of Alpine Testing Solutions, a Utah-based provider of psychometric consulting and test security services for credentialing and licensure programs. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Alpine Testing Solutions Inc. has built a trusted reputation in professional certification, helping organizations worldwide uphold the integrity and value of their credentialing programs,” Mike Borello, Volaris Group Group Leader.
