North Branch Capital, a US-based private equity firm that partners with founder- and family-owned businesses in the industrial, business services, and distribution sectors, completed an investment in Rabine Doors & Docks, a US-based provider of commercial door, dock, and security solutions to industrial, commercial, and retail customers across the Midwest.
