PATRIZIA to acquire Statkraft Varme from Statkraft for up to €312m.

PATRIZIA, a real estate investment company, agreed to acquire Statkraft Varme, a district heating provider, from Statkraft, a company specializing in renewable energy solutions, for up to €312m. “At PATRIZIA, we invest for the long term, building sustainable businesses in close partnership with management and stakeholders. Our acquisition of Statkraft Varme reflects this strategy.
