Resonant Growth Partners-backed ICMH completed the acquisition of AGM Industries.

Resonant Growth Partners-backed ICMH, an investment platform and portfolio company of Resonant, completed the acquisition of AGM Industries, an established manufacturer of capacitor discharge welding equipment and fasteners for the Insulation Industry, and AGM Insulation Fasteners Canada, it's Canadian branch. Financial terms were not disclosed. “RGP seeks to acquire manufacturers and specialty distributors who will benefit from increasing investment in the US industrial base. Industrial Construction Materials Holdings now owns the manufacturers of the top two brands in the CD stud welding and insulation fasteners markets in the US and Canada, which are poised to grow along with power generation, shipbuilding, data centers, and general manufacturing,” Jeb Goodrich, RGP Managing Partner.
