CoinShares to acquire Bastion Asset Management.

CoinShares, a Jersey-based European asset manager specializing in digital assets with $10bn in assets under management, agreed to acquire Bastion Asset Management, a London-based FCA-regulated crypto-focused alternative investment manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition perfectly aligns with our vision to provide our global investor base with comprehensive digital asset management solutions," Jean-Marie Mognetti, CoinShares CEO and Co-Founder.
