TPG Growth-backed Irth Solutions, a provider of enterprise software for critical energy and infrastructure companies, completed the acquisition of Borealis Software, a Canadian company that provides cloud-based stakeholder relationship management software for CAD205m. "By combining Irth's capabilities with Borealis' stakeholder and community engagement solution, we're significantly expanding our land management offering and enhancing our damage prevention and asset integrity solutions.
