TPG Growth-backed Irth Solutions completed the acquisition of Borealis Software.

TPG Growth-backed Irth Solutions, a provider of enterprise software for critical energy and infrastructure companies, completed the acquisition of Borealis Software, a Canadian company that provides cloud-based stakeholder relationship management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combined company will deliver an end-to-end platform that integrates Irth's industry-leading damage prevention, asset integrity and land management capabilities with Borealis's comprehensive stakeholder engagement and community relations tools. This powerful combination will enable energy companies, utilities and telecommunications providers to improve asset resilience and management.
