De Heus Animal Nutrition to acquire CJ Feed & Care from CJ Cheiljedang for $854.5m.

De Heus Animal Nutrition, a global producer of animal feed, agreed to acquire CJ Feed & Care, a company which is operating feed, livestock, and fresh meat businesses, from CJ Cheiljedang, an international food company that manufactures food ingredients, ambient, frozen and chilled packaged food products, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, for $854.5m.
