Uniwater completed the acquisition of Controlpartner.

Uniwater, a provider of water and wastewater infrastructure solutions, completed the acquisition of Controlpartner, an automation and control systems provider for water and wastewater infrastructure and industrial processes. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an important step in our strategy to strengthen our presence in Norway and offer automation solutions for the water infrastructure of the future. With Controlpartner, we now have four strong companies in electricity and automation in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
