Monomoy Capital Partners-backed Thetford completed the acquisition of Dave Carter & Associates.

Monomoy Capital Partners-backed Thetford, a provider of sanitation and care products for the RV, marine, camping and truck markets, completed the acquisition of Dave Carter & Associates, a distributor of electrical, plumbing and building supplies to the recreational vehicle and manufactured housing industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
