Japan Post Real Estate, a company that engages in the development, ownership, leasing, and management of real estate properties, including office buildings, commercial facilities, and residential assets, while promoting asset utilization and value-enhancing real estate strategies for the Japan Post Group, completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Japan Post Properties, a comprehensive real estate company engaged in the ownership, leasing, and management of office buildings, residential properties, and commercial facilities, as well as providing property management, brokerage, construction management, and asset-management services, from Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha, a global shipping and logistics company engaged in maritime transport of cargo and passengers, as well as logistics services, port operations, and related maritime businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed.
