Quartz Healthcare completed the acquisition of MVZ Rheine.

Quartz Healthcare, a network of medical imaging and nuclear medicine centers, completed the acquisition of MVZ Rheine, a provider of radiology and nuclear medicine services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of MVZ Rheine, we are not only gaining an excellently positioned site in North Rhine-Westphalia, but also a highly qualified and entrepreneurial team with many years of expertise.
