Mitsui Chemicals completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Nippon Aluminum Alkyls from Ketjen.

Mitsui Chemicals, a Japanese chemical manufacturer, completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Nippon Aluminum Alkyls, a Tokyo-based producer of aluminum alkyl polymerization catalysts and fine organometallics, from Ketjen, a provider of advanced catalyst solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited that NAA will be acquired by a company like Mitsui that is dedicated to fostering the growth of this business," Michael J.
