Cerity Partners completed the merger with Oak Hill Wealth Advisors.

Cerity Partners, an investment advisor that offers financial planning to individuals, families, businesses and nonprofit organizations, completed the merger with Oak Hill Wealth Advisors, a wealth management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. This partnership will expand Cerity Partners’ footprint in the Washington, DC market, enabling the combined firm to enhance offerings for high-net-worth families, including generational wealth planning, financial and retirement planning, and investment management services.
