The Fastener Group completed the acquisition of ONO Work & Safety.

The Fastener Group, a Canadian distributor of fasteners, tools, safety gear, and other accessories, serving customers in the construction, oil and gas, government, and heavy industries, completed the acquisition of ONO Work & Safety, a supplier of retail and industrial sales of work and safety gear and equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "ONO Work & Safety is a very strategic acquisition for The Fastener Group.
