Conga to acquire PROS B2B business from PROS Holdings and Thoma Bravo.

Conga, a US-based provider of AI-powered configure, price, quote, contract lifecycle management, and document automation solutions, agreed to acquire the B2B business of PROS Holdings, a US-based digital solutions provider for revenue and pricing optimization, and Thoma Bravo, a US-based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have followed the PROS story for many years and are excited to combine PROS’ B2B business with Conga, an existing Thoma Bravo portfolio company,” Holden Spaht, Thoma Bravo Managing Partner.
