Imaxxam completed the acquisition of a building of the office property Reiterstaffel Offices from Bauwens Development and Swiss Life Asset Managers.

Imaxxam, a real estate asset management firm, completed the acquisition of a building of the office property Reiterstaffel Offices, an office complex in Cologne, from Bauwens Development, a German real estate company, and Swiss Life Asset Managers, a European investment and asset management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The property was developed as a joint venture by Bauwens Development and Swiss Life Asset Managers and completed in mid-2025.
