Jack Henry completed the acquisition of Victor Technologies from MVB Financial.

Jack Henry & Associates, a US-based financial technology company, completed the acquisition of Victor Technologies, a US-based cloud-native embedded payments solutions provider, from MVB Financial, a financial services company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
