Tången Industrikapital completed the acquisition of Westcomp.

Tången Industrikapital, a Nordic industrial investment group that acquires and supports niche mid-sized companies in sectors like industrial technology, regulatory expertise, and services, with a long-term ownership approach, completed the acquisition of Westcomp, a Swedish supplier of electronic components and logistics solutions, providing component availability, material kits, and sourcing services for electronics manufacturers and industrial firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased that Westcomp now has a long-term owner and we look forward to continuing to develop the company together with our customers,” Ralf Haglund, Westcom CEO.
