CPPIB to invest $1bn in ArcLight-backed AlphaGen.

CPPIB, an asset management company, agreed to invest $1bn in ArcLight-backed AlphaGen, an operator of power generation facilities. “AlphaGen provides efficient, reliable power in some of the most high-demand U.S. markets.
